Buyer personas are fictional representations of your ideal customers. They are based on real data about customer demographics and on- line behavior, along with educated speculation about their personal histories, motivations, and concerns.
TCDG Studios create Buyer personas through research, surveys, and interviews of the client's target audience. That includes a mix of customers – both “good” and “bad” -- prospects, and those out-side of your contact database who might align with your target audience. We collect data that is both qualitative and quantitative to paint a picture of who the ideal customer is, what they value, and how the client's product solution fits into their daily lives.
The overall goal of TCDG Studios' Story Vineyard is to tell the right story and tell it right.
Stories strengthen brands, build teams and relationships, essential for leadership, strategy, and change management and is key to organizational development.
Story Vineyard basis is that we begin to provide solutions through the Power of Story. Its essence is that we give a client’s story life and we bring that story to life (to others - clients, targeted buyers, employees, the community at large or any other stakeholder). We make your story soar!
Story Vineyard is built around our successful story tools that utilize “story circle” exercises, audits existing information, and incorporates story “Harvesting” techniques known as Vineyard Vines. Information collected and recorded are analyzed and summarized into what we have named The Story Bible. Story Vineyard diagnoses current state and future needs by listening to the stories within the organization. Our Story Vineyard workshop is customized based on the client’s goals, time availability, and participates’ profiles.
TCDG Studios follows a proven Strategic Planning methodology that consists of two processes: Planning Working sessions – planning process and Plan Development – planning document. The work sessions are used to establish the actual strategic planning process, educate the strategic planning committee on the process, and facilitate the development of strategic planning elements. The work sessions usually take 3 days and can be in the format of an off-site or conducted in-house. They can be conducted in three consecutive days or spread out over several days.
As strategic planning elements are created during the working sessions, they are then used as input into the creating the Strategic Plan. TCDG Studios working closely with both the strategic planning committee and organizational functions (e.g. finance, marketing, HR, sales, executive/senior management) to develop the plan details such as projected financial proformas.

One can read and talk about team building but unless you have actually experienced the physical, intellectual, and psychological aspects of a well developed team, it is difficult to understand all the benefits of a team approach. Our primary approach is based on proven team building methods that we have developed over the past 15 years. We utilize team building dynamics that are not only taught but are experienced. Our dynamics are short concentrated learning exercises that create mini real-life scenarios. Our programs are designed to be entertaining and to encourage participation.
TEAM:Action workshop also utilizes a series of self-scoring personality inventory tests. Research validates that a key to success as an individual participant in a team setting is knowing oneself and understanding one’s personality profile as it relates to others on the team.
Culture Map and Change Process
This process begins with Culture Mapping - a tool that TCDG Studios utilizes with our client organizations to assess, map and transform their cultures with respect to management, customer, competitor, and operator. The six key characteristics of the corporate culture are assessed.
- dominant characteristics
- organizational leadership
- management of employees
- organizational glue
- strategic emphasis
- criteria of success
Once this assessment is completed, a custom Change Process Implementation is designed to include change impact measurements.
